Congratulations to undergraduate Celeste Goth who has been working alongside MB graduate student Nilanjana Das during the summer and fall terms through the CAS Beginning Researcher support program. Her project culminated in a poster presented at the CAS Career Fair & Student Showcase on Thursday, Oct. 26 and was selected by the judges as one of the Student Poster Awards! Her poster was titled: “Distribution of the salmonid parasite Tetracapsuloides bryosalmonae in the McKenzie River” and involved field and lab components.

Afterwards, Celeste shared via email: “Again, I want to thank you for the opportunity to work and learn in the lab these past few months. I had a blast yesterday at the showcase, and it was thrilling to see people get excited about our work.”

Congratulations to Celeste on all your hard work!
